It is ideally located, being only 700 meters from Burriana Beach, with its many attractions, and only 500 meters from a large supermarket. The villas are on individual plots, each having a private swimming pool. No expense has been spared ... they are elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and are furnished to a very high standard indeed.

All 4 villas benefit from central heating, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, washing machines, dishwashers, fridge-freezers, cable TV and security safes for valuables. On the outside, the swimming pool terraces include barbecues and full patio furniture. A private garage is included with this villa.

Exterior: Good-sized balcony/terrace from bedroom 1. Patio and large terrace with swimming pool, patio furniture and barbecue. Street parking is not a problem and a private garage is included in the rental.
Heating & Ventilation: Central heating, open fire, and air conditioning.
Other Facilities: A small safe is provided for valuables.
Entertainment: Cable TV - many English channels.
Suitabilities: Suitable for all age groups but infirm persons should note that all bedrooms are upstairs.
Permitted: Pets are not permitted. Smoking is permitted.
Location: Coastal, distance to town: approx. 1.5 km. Distance to beach: approx. 0.7 km. Car recommended, mountain views.
Local Activities: Climbing, cycling, diving, fishing, golf, hanggliding, historic sites, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, skiing - at the Sierra Nevada. Swimming, tennis, theme park - aquapark at Torre del Mar. Walking, water skiing.
Services: AIrport pickups, car hire, scooter hire, highchair, cot and pushchair hire etc. can all be arranged. Cleaning - prior to arrival. Linen and towels are changed weekly. Beach towels are not provided.
