Nerja is a popular, picturesque, coastal town with a back drop of protective mountains to the north and numerous coves and beaches for holidaymakers to enjoy.  The climate is excellent and virtually all holiday requirements can be met in the Nerja area. Description

The property comprises of a good size living dining area, with separate modernised fullly fitted kitchen and downstairs w.c
The living room has T.V., D.V.D., Video and Hi-Fi. with a fitted air conditioning unit and overhead fans.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people.
On the first floor of the house there are 3 bedrooms. One double and two twin rooms .
The double bedroom has a kingsize bed with wall mounted T.V and a overhead fan. One of the two twin bedrooms has a private balcony with seating for two.
All three bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes
The bathroom is of a good size with bath, overhead shower and w.c.
At the front of the house there is seating and table facilities for 4 persons with sun canopy
The rear of the property has a south facing patio area with further seating and sun loungers
Key access is provided to the nearby private and well kept communal swimming pool area, there is a shallow pool also available for children and non swimmmers.

Microwave-grill, kettle, toaster, utility room - There is an external utuility room with further fridge freezer and beach accessories. Washing machine, iron, ironing board.
Exterior: Balcony - off twin bedroom. Terrace - Front and rear. Patio table - in front terrace. Patio chairs, sun loungers - 2 in rear terrace. Communal pool, parking nearby - in front of property.
Heating & Ventilation: Air-conditioning - In the living area. Free-standing fan - Available for bedrooms if required. Ceiling fan - In the living area and double bedroom. Central heating - Via air conditioning unit in lounge. Heaters - gas heater provided in cooler months.
Other Facilities: Travel cot, 2 beach chairs, 6 garden chairs.
Entertainment: TV, satellite TV - Free to air channels available ie.BBC ITV CHANNEL 4 etc.. DVD, video, stereo system.
Suitabilities: Suitable for all age groups, not suitable for wheelchairs.
Permitted: Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted - inside the property.
Location: Coastal, distance to town: 25 mins. Distance to beach: 25 mins. Southfacing, car not essential, mountain views - views of Almijara mountains fromfront terrace.
Local Activities: Cycling, diving - Diving school at nearby Burriana Beach. Fishing - Excellent coastal fishing. Golf - Nearest golf courses Baviera and Anoreta both within half hours drive. Mountain biking, museum - Picasso Museum in Malaga. Tennis - Nearby Tennis club La Raqueta with 3 tennis courts and one paddle court. Theatre - Nerja has its owns modernised theatre. Theme park - Aqua Velez , excellent waterpark within 20 mins drive. Walking - First class walking area with many locally organised walking groups.
Services: Airport pickup - Available on request approx €65. Cots, highchairs, cleaning - Weekly. Laundry - Weekly change of linen and towels. Bed linen provided, towels provided.
