Description
The apartment comprising of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with seating for four people. The kitchen area has recently been fully fitted and modernised having all appliances required for those wanting to self cater. Both bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has bath, overhead shower, toilet and sink with a wall mounted heated towel rail. Patio doors in the living area lead out to a south facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. There is a lift in the building for those with walking disabilities. Situated in a peaceful area of Nerja, however only 15 minutes from both the centre of Nerja and Burriana Beach the apartment is an ideal location.
