Nerja is a popular, picturesque, coastal town with a back drop of protective mountains to the north and numerous coves and beaches for holidaymakers to enjoy.  The climate is excellent and virtually all holiday requirements can be met in the Nerja area. Description

A small Atic-Duplex in quiet popular urbanisation with southfacing sunny terrace with breathtaking views to sea, mountains and Nerja. In the village centre are the swimming pools with a children's section , lifeguards are on duty and the pools are for the exclusive use of guests staying at Capistrano Village. There are restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM, and laundry nearby.
There are two flights of steps to the main entrance of the apartment so It is not recommended for very young children or people with mobility problems.
On the first floor there is a single bedroom, cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge/freezer,hob with overhead hood and microwave. In the lounge there is air conditioning unit, TV, and a sofa with two easy chairs. From the lounge, patio doors open out to the balcony, which is furnished for enjoying those outdoor meals; there is a canopy wind-down blind which will provide shade, if required !
Open stairs lead to the upstairs landing with fitted wardrobes. Leading from the landing there is a shower room with walk in shower,with excellent water pressure a w.c. and wash basin and a top loader washing machine. Another door leads to the main bedroom with doulbe bed, TV, fitted wardrobes, safe,ceiling fan. Leadiung from this through patio doors, is a very large roof terrace with panaromic views of the mountains and sea. An outside store room houses the sun beds and parasols. Bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Both T.V.'s receive about 25 different international channels.and all the mainstream British channels.
