Nerja is a popular, picturesque, coastal town with a back drop of protective mountains to the north and numerous coves and beaches for holidaymakers to enjoy.  The climate is excellent and virtually all holiday requirements can be met in the Nerja area. Casa Rabat is a spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroomed apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. It faces south with a large terrace that is perfect for el fresco dining and for sitting outside on warm evenings.

Oasis de Capistrano is a quiet and exclusive development located on the eastern outskirts of Nerja. It offers generous green areas and well kept gardens. A bar and restaurant are included in the urbanisation and there are 2 swimming pools for adults and one for children.

Other Facilities: High chairs, cots, safety deposit boxes etc. are available via the management company's reception office.
Entertainment: Cable TV, audiotape player, CD.
Suitabilities: Suitable for families, large step between street and main entrance. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Permitted: Pets are not allowed, smoking is permitted.
Location: Coastal, distance to town: 1.5km. Distance to beach: 1.8km. Southfacing, car not essential - but is helpful. Sea views - partlyly obscured palm trees.

Price Notes
PLEASE NOTE:

We are totally flexible on Arrival and Departure days.

Our standard check-in time is after 1.00pm and check-out is normally before 10am but if there is no confliction with other incoming or outgoing guests we can usually be flexible on these times.

Our management company's reception office is open from 9.00am to 2.00pm and from 4.00pm to 8.00pm and they have mobile numbers to assist with arrivals outside of these hours. They also offer temporary luggage storage and a courtesy room with shower to help with adverse departure times.
