Casa Christine is a spacious 2-bedroom apartment, in El Capistrano Village, which is located about 25 minutes walk from Nerja town centre and slightly less from the popular Burriana Beach. Being on the top floor of 3, it offers panoramic sea and mountain views with all-day sun. These apartments are known as "aticos" or attic apartments and are much sought after.
Capistrano is a mature urbanisation characterised by its natural appearance and unpretentious planning. Planned around a centre that is complete with laundry, bars, restaurants, a mini-market, tennis courts, medical services, and numerous swimming pools (including safe childrens pools), the village benefits from an hourly bus service into Nerja.
Properties are typical Andalucian pueblo-style, whitewashed villas, apartments and maisonettes set on a gentle slope and interspersed with generous green areas and well-kept gardens.
The general atmosphere in El Capistrano Village is one of tranquility, making it ideal for those wanting to escape from the pressures of modern life, while knowing that they are within easy walking distance of the bustling town of Nerja and its well-catered-for Burriana beach.

Price Notes PLEASE NOTE:
We are totally flexible on Arrival and Departure days.
Our standard check-in time is after 1.00pm and check-out is normally before 10am but if there is no confliction with other incoming or outgoing guests we can usually be flexible on these times.
Our management company's reception office is open from 9.00am to 2.00pm and from 4.00pm to 8.00pm and they have mobile numbers to assist with arrivals outside of these hours. They also offer temporary luggage storage and a courtesy room with shower to help with adverse departure times. |
