Owners Services
Choose Nerja-property-rentals for your holiday rental advertising and we can offer the following service:
- We will be happy to advise you as to the rental potential of your property to include an appraisal of the rental market in your area and a guide to the rental price you can achieve.
- Your property will be placed on the Nerja-property-rentals Website, including full description of features and facilities, photographs and an availability calendar. Which we will update for you at no extra charge
- If required we can also include key holding, meet and greet service, and welcome packs, through our Property Management arm at www.nerja-property-management.com.
- Payment to the property owner 4 weeks before each occupation, less our small commission charge. (currently only 10%)
- Airport transfers, car hire, are all available to your tenants when booking through Nerja-property-rentals.
NO SET UP FEE
Unlike some other rental sites we do not charge an initial fee. All you need to do, is send a selection of photos, and the text, and we will do the rest.
If further alterations or updating is required, this will also be carried out free of charge, subject to a maximum number of 20 changes per annum.
