We at nerja-property-rentals will not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims arising from the advertisement or any arrangement or booking made with an advertiser.
We would also remind you that holiday/travel insurance is essential and is best taken out at the time of booking your accommodation and travel.
Once you have filled in and submitted the Booking Form you will receive a Booking
Confirmation with payment details. The deposit (non refundable) required is 25% of
the total amount due with the remaining 75% due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Upon receipt
of deposit payment you will be emailed a receipt. Once the full payment has been
made you will be sent a further receipt and an Information pack. This will contain
all information that is pertinent to your arrival including maps, key retrieval information,
restaurant review and a few other pieces of information that should answers any questions
you have while travelling to or in Nerja. If you have any special requests including
cots, extra beds etc please be sure to mention them in the form
Properties are normally ready for occupation by 3 pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise in advance. I accept this term of booking.
I have read and accept the Booking Terms on this website and I and guests in my party agree to comply with them. I understand that I am responsible for taking out my own travel insurance and that the owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.
I am sending a cheque (or arranging a bank/Paypal transfer) for the booking fee of 25% of the rental cost.
I accept that I myself and my guests will be responsible for replacement, loss or repair of contents in the property and outside including the pool and terrace areas in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay.
