1. When is the deposit payable.
This is generally payable at the time of booking, by cheque or bank transfer. The deposit is payable in Euros, we are sorry but we can not accept other currencies. The deposit is normally 25% of the total cost of the holiday rental, and is non refundable.
2. When do I pay the balance
This is normally paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival here, again, the payment should
be in the form of a cheque or bank transfer. Where the booking is made within 6 weeks
of arrival, the total amount is paid at that time. With your confirmation, we will
send an information pack and details re access to the property and directions.
3. What if I need to cancel
If client should cancel the holiday, or the company cancels the arrangements due
to clients failure to pay within the time allowed before departure, a cancellation
charge will be levied based on the following:
Period before departure date. Cancellation

42 to 60 days 30%
29 to 41 days 50%
14 to 28 days 75%
less than 14 days 100%
All
cancellations must be notified in writing. The effective date of cancellation is
the date that we receive your written notification.
