Our Town. Nerja was once a sleepy fishing village but now the town has a population of over 12,000. It is a popular holiday resort for tourists and finds favour with British ex-pats. There are many beaches to be found either side and in front of the town, including the very popular Burriana with its numerous cafes and restaurants. Chances are you will have seen this beach in a travel or holiday programme. Burriana has almost become a separate self contained town. Whilst slightly more commercialised, Nerja still retains it’s charm even though there is a lot of development going on. Centrally, properties tend to be town houses or apartments. Moving toward the outskirts there are various urbanisations and small Spanish style houses in the surrounding countryside. The Nerja area is relatively expensive given its location, popularity and amenities.
We are a small family run business operating in the Nerja area. We also have properties for rent in the surrounding area and villages, including Torrox and Torrox Costa.

Maro Maro is a small village set back from the coast
it is 4 km from Nerja and has
only 2,000 inhabitants. There are many fine restaurants, cafes and views of the sea.
Maro is the closest village to the famous Nerja Caves which are some of the most
famous in Spain.
